As a tenant in one of their properties since 2017, I can say that I am really happy of the service me and my flatmates receive. Cos and his family are always promptly available when we need it and, having lived in London since 2013, I have never had such a good experience with landlords!

Element recently over saw a development that they proposed would increase my rent. Not only did they deliver the project on time they also over achieved on the rent and dramatically increased my yield. A new and different approach to any other estate agents I have dealt with, a go to business for any landlord looking to get the most out of their investments.

We love our apartment. Element Properties renovated the place just before we moved in, it's all very neat and nicely done. Cos is a great landlord. Very kind and always there to help and/or answer questions. Highly recommended!
