After dealing with so many bad and greedy agencies in London Element Properties is by far the best experience. Very helpful and responsive. Finally a bit of humanity and common sense in the estate market. Couldn't recommend them enough. So far I am impressed! Thank you Josh and Cos!!

I had the first and the best experience with Element properties. George Papanastasiou helped me to find my house. He was very professional throughout the completion of my mortgage. He has always been in contact with me and my husband for every enquiries and has always been ready to help for matters or enquiries that I was supposed to deal with myself. All their staff members have been very professional, very nice and warm any time I would call. George thank you for helping me find my home! You all have made me and my family happy. I will always suggest your agency to my friends and other people.

An award winning property services company and it shows !! George & his team rented my flat in less than a week. From the first conversation to completion of tenancy documents Element were friendly, courteous very professional & handled all the paperwork quickly & efficiently. I cannot recommend them enough

My personal experience has mainly been with Josh Fox-Cooper, but even when he is unavailable the supporting team has always been amazing. Correspondence is extremely fast on any day of the week with the upmost transparency. Overall, a great agent to work with that mix the perfect degree of calmness, friendliness and professionalism. Cannot recommend more.
