As renters, they helped us with any difficult situations we were faced with, and stuck with us through out until all our issues were resolved. We were kept informed and up to date with all arrangements made. I’ve recently used Element letting service to find me a new tenant... with an excellent outcome. Within minutes of my property details going on their website we had a dozen enquiries, all from serious & professional prospective tenants, which Element followed up, so that within 4 days a new tenant moved in. I can't rate Element enough! I have just started in a flat with them and the process was excellent from start to finish. They are on the ball and have a very straightforward process for making an offer and signing, all of which can be done via email and online. I'd particularly highlight their integrity. I was never pressured or given the hard sell and they include guidance on tenants rights and responsibilities in their process, which is a great touch! Overall great guys who are fantastic at what they do!
