Element Properties

Very professional and very helpful!

I would like to thank you all the team and in particular George to help me with the transaction that went smooth in all the particular. I high recommend this agency! 5 star services!

The guys here are first class, taking the load off the landlord/vendor, going above and beyond. After 40 years in property, they are the best I have ever come across. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Amazing estate agents. The team are so helpful, polite and lovely. Great communication at all times and so happy to go the extra mile. Thank you so much.

I rented a flat through them, they were simply the best! Fast response, reliable and professional. Their service is just excellent!

Element Properties is everything you could wish for in a letting agency. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I'm a second year student coming into London for the first time after remote study and Element Properties really helped in finding a flat. So friendly, so nice and I also have a nice flat that I absolutely love! :)))

I can't recommend Element enough. They guided us through every stage of our purchase, so helpful, supportive and friendly. The best experience I've ever had from any Estate Agent.

Refreshingly straightforward and efficient, professional throughout the process as well as being friendly, approachable and responsive. George who I dealt with was excellent. My experience was of buying from them and I would happily recommend them to others, I’m very happy with the outcome.

Cos at Element Properties helped me secure a mortgage for my first house purchase and the process with him was honestly a breeze. Amazingly responsive, honest, clear and super professional - couldn't recommend Element enough.
