Element Properties

Different to the other “high street” agents - They actually care about being efficient and getting things done. Brilliant property management, with some excellent tech infrastructure, which helps make things run that extra bit smoother!

Provided friendly, timely service when searching for property in a 1 week short time-frame.

Ejiro and team were very helpful and made the process smooth. Would recommend.

Very professional and genuine, made the move a very easy process, would recommend to all. Thanks George and team 👍🏼 …

One of the most professional agents with very quick response and patience to address the queries. Special thanks to Josh for such a smooth experience

I just used Element for letting, Josh was very helpful and professional throughout, would definitely recommend

I have had the pleasure of working with Element Properties on the recent house sale that I have been through. They are highly efficient and very professional. I will happily work with these guys again. Thanks to the team.

We have taken on the tenancy of a flat in London and Element Properties have been fantastic throughout. Josh is quick to respond to emails and is always very helpful. Thank you for everything!

As first time renters in the area, Josh was both welcoming and informative. Element properties answered any and all queries we had and still continue to do so, even after moving in. Going forward I feel comfortable that Element properties will be able to help throughout our tenancy. Highly recommended.

Josh is extremely helpful and really tries to make the whole renting experience easy. He is very prompt with his response to any questions you may have. And when you submit your application, he gets back to you quickly. The staff is all friendly and helpful as well.
