I was purchasing a property listed by Element. George was clear, honest, friendly and communicative. He was at the end of the phone whenever necessary and I really felt he was acting in both the interests of myself and the seller. And when things were getting frustrating due to issues with both parties’ solicitors he was helpful, understanding and also kept a sense of humour. If it ever comes to selling my property I would definitely consider going back to George and Element. When I collected my keys I was met by other Element employees who were kind and helpful.
