Element Properties

Great experience. Team was especially helpful assisting me as a first-time London renter.

We are renting a flat through Element properties. The entire process has been painless. Ejiro has been and continues to be especially helpful throughout the process.

An agency made up of really friendly and well organised people.

I cannot recommend Hiten and Element properties enough. From the start of the process all the way to the end Hiten would always make himself available and was very open and honest in his opinions. Even when he was away he made sure one of his colleagues was up to speed with everything. Great service.

Best estate agency in North London! Superb service, transparent, effective, high value.

Amazing and super easy experience when moving. Stress free!!

We had a really good experience with Element Properties and Co. George and Hiten were trustworthy, of great assistance and were always happy to help with any queries we had. We couldn’t fault them with anything from our initial viewing through to completion! 100% would recommend.

Wonderful and easy to work with, sold my flat swiftly and with relevatively few issues. Cannot reccomend enough.

Hiten went above and beyond over the course of many months to coordinate our two sales, purchase and lease extension, and dealt amazingly with my anxiety at every step in the process! Great rates, incredible service, and endlessly kind and patient. Could not recommend him highly enough!

George was super helpful throughout the process of buying our first property! Thanks!
