Moved in to our property a week ago and Element have been faultless so far. Staff were very friendly and helpful in the weeks leading up to the move. The inventory is thorough, the property is clean and the agent has been very responsive including having the property cleaned again after some maintenance work left areas of the house dusty. We were supplied with helpful documents showing the locations of all gas/electricity meters, stopcocks, etc. There seems to be a straightforward online portal for reporting maintenance issues. So far, would definitely recommend Element and we'd like to thank Ejiro for all his help.
