From the moment I met George and Hiten I really felt their commitment to selling my property. They were positive, genuine and knowledgeable about the ' housing market' and the saleability of my property. They were spot on with their valuation and any caveats- the latter didn't materialise. Within days I had several viewings and offers. Thereafter I never looked back. The eventual sale took much longer than anticipated inspite of Element, not because of them, although regular contact & consistently providing updates keeping myself in the loop with was at times anxiety provoking, however, at all times I felt Element Properties had my back. I've not had such an experience with estate agents before (and I have bought and sold a number of properties). I can't recommend Element Properties highly enough. We recently purchased a property listed with Element Properties & Co. We worked with Hiten and George throughout the whole transaction period and to sum it up they were excellent throughout the whole process. Even though they technically represented the sellers, they made us feel secure and supported throughout the whole process, especially since we were first time buyers. We also valued how quick and responsive they were no matter what time or day it was and were always willing to assist and take a call. Overall it was a pleasure to work with two great property agents who really seem to have their clients best interest at heart. Keeping doing what you doing gents!

Really helpful and informative; made the whole moving process a lot less stressful. Ejiro was absolutely brilliant, so kind and friendly and kept us updated on everything whilst we were in the process of signing everything for our new home. The document signing, deposit, rent etc. all went very smoothly, and any repairs we've needed since moving in have been very promptly booked in and organised for us.
