Element Properties

Cos and the team were amazing from start to finish! Cos really made applying for a mortgage so much easier and he was always available to help whenever we had questions about anything. Great communication and very quick to get everything done. I would highly recommend Cos and his team if you need a mortgage. Thank you Cos!

Couldn't recommend Element Properties enough! As a first time buyer I had lots of questions and felt super supported throughout the whole process. George was always so helpful and accommodating. Made the process easy and stress free!

Elements Properties have been exceptional. Highly recommend them. George guided me from start to finish of the sale of my property. Would definitely use them again!

Ejiro helped make the letting experience feel smooth and professional. Prompt arrival to the viewing and informative answers. The onboarding process to make an offer and secure the property was straightforward and well automated.

Well organised and managed service! Ejiro was super helpful throughout the renting process! Definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience moving into a property managed by Element. Their team was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues, and the flat was spotless and beautifully maintained upon arrival. The staff are friendly, and the location is perfect—super convenient! 10/10

Since I moved to London from outside the UK the whole process was a bit more complicated than expected. The team at Element Properties helped me through ever step of the way. I'm very thankful for their help, as moving abroad is always a bit scary, but I really felt supported, especially by Ejiro. Thank you!

Josh provided us with the best experience to rent a new flat. In the end, we didn’t decide to move due to personal reasons - but he still handled everything quickly and courteously. Thank you!
