Hiten and George were fantastic throughout the sale process of our flat. They restored our faith in estate agents after a bad experience elsewhere! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
We had a great experience working with Hiten, George and the team. They were super helpful throughout the process of buying one of their properties. Highly professional, responsive and they did everything they could to guide us through our first house purchase. Highly recommend.
Element Properties exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service throughout the mortgage process. Cos ensured everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. The team's attention to detail and expertise in handling any questions made for a stress-free and professional experience. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking a top class mortgage experience.
Absolutely blown away by the fantastic service we received from Josh and Ejiro at Element Properties. We could not ask for the process to run any smoother than it did. We would highly recommend this company

Most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with an estate agency. Josh was very helpful with every detail many thanks!
Very understanding, helpful and kind. Also went out of their way to give me a welcome package at the start of my contract.
I will only use Element moving forwards. Knowledgable, thorough and tasks are completed so quickly. 10/10
A year ago I was looking for a lock up and go in London. Josh from Element was great from finding the property to handling the paperwork and to dealing with the end of the lease. I highly recommend them and they will be my first port of call if I ever need somewhere to live in London again
