After engaging with several agents we chose Element to represent us for the sale of our house in Wood Green. The two main reasons for this were (a) George came very well prepared with detailed notes and resources that backed their valuation along with a thorough sale strategy and (b) there were several things said that made it clear that they understood the area and the market as they aligned perfectly with our experience of buying this property 5 years ago. It proved to be an excellent decision as we were able to find an excellent buyer within one month. While their commission rate wasn't quite the cheapest offered it certainly justified given the standard of service throughout the process from photos/advertising to completion.
