Element Properties

Thanks a lot for being so kind, professional, and prompt, throughout my new flat rental process! The smoothest and best organised operation I have ever seen in my many years of moving flats in London!

Element Properties were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Cos and George were amazing. Cos helped me secure my mortgage and he was so helpful and responsive. I would highly, highly recommend!

Have been renting in London for eight years and it has been my best experience with a lettings agency so far in the city, the whole team is outstanding and super responsive, could not recommend them more!

Would highly recommend Element Properties. Cos has been nothing short of amazing. He was super helpful, efficient and always available for any questions or guidance if needed! Brilliant company.

Recommended (as buyers). Friendly and helpful people. Always getting a reply very fast from them.

Josh is an amazing agent , he helped me with my property search in most professional way ! If you choose this agency, ask about Josh

A wonderful experience with Element Properties. From the offset they found us a great property and the transition to getting the keys was seamless. Extremely professional and reliable and much better than agencies used in the past. Big thanks to Ejiro and the rest of the team.

Cos supported through the process of successfully getting a mortgage for the first time. He was accessible and always more than happy to help. I am very grateful for his support and would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.
