Ashtons have been extremely professional and diligent in acting on the sale of my property. They are a very well run agency with lots of experience and treat all parties to the transaction with care and respect. In what has been a lengthy conveyance for various reasons, I never once felt like just a number going through the system which I think sets them apart from other agencies. They also go the extra mile to help out clients on practical matters which also is a key differentiator that is not to be overlooked (especially for remote clients). They are OK! Their sales co-ordinator support made the difference to us, he was excellence. Quick responses and calm. Great pictures taken. Portal was a bit clunky, while that may have been me, if it was part of proposition
