She also gave good advice on the area and made suggestions regarding improvements on the property. Nothing was too much trouble, including having to return to the proposed house under purchase when my wife left her phone in the property!!. I also had dealings with Michelle (Sales Progression Manager) and found her to be extremely helpful as well. I would highly recommend Curchods for house purchase.

Fantastic service by Curchods. We couldn't have asked for any more. We were let down by a buyer who came through Chancellors in Woking (I will leave a 1 star review for them later). We then went with Curchods and got an offer (for the same price) with the first viewing. Curchods then worked their socks off to get the deal done in time as we were against a deadline due to the mortgage offer expiry date saving us thousands of pounds in the process. Shout out to Ellyshia who was absolutely amazing. She chased the solicitors and agents on a regular basis and made sure that we completed within the timeframes. The Curchods team always had our interest in mind and came across very friendly, courteous and professional at the same time. With Chancellors messing us around, we had given up hope. But what we found was the Curchods have got a very good understanding of the area, value of the property and their buyers were showing up with genuine interest in the property.
