From finding us properties to view, to accommodating our many requests, and, helping to get the purchase across the line, Millie was brilliant. For me, Millie and Curchods stood out from the other local estate agents in the service offered, having understood our brief and finding a good number of properties we wanted to view and with their good/quick responses and communication. Curcholds worked with us in both the purchase and tenancy of a Woking property. Although the flat was further away from central Woking than we wanted, the quality of the flat more than compensated. They then managed to keep both parties on board during the nine months (!) it took to completion. As Curcholds had done such a good job with the purchase, we decided to give them the Letting contract as well. They reciprocated by achieving the almost impossible task of letting it on the first day at the full asking rate! It has been a pleasure to work with a team of professionals who know how to do everything properly.

Alex and the team from Curchods Woking have been extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole transfer process of from another estate agent to Curchods. Also, the support provided with some last minute issues getting the property in top notch condition before arrival of the tenants was brilliant.
