Brett and Alix in St Albans were so amazing when I needed information on renting or selling my property. They came round to the property very quick and followed up on the same day with lots of information and options. They were so lovely and I would not trust any other estate agent.

Ashtons have provided excellent support from start to finish (thank you Coralie, Verity and Kay). Communication was timely, precise and informative. They pushed all parties involved (solicitors, developer, etc) to get to closure, investigated and reported back on any query I had, and provided an excellent customer experience.

Ashtons have been professional, supportive and dedicated with me, while I sold my flat recently. Their valuation was realistic and based upon data and market knowledge. They were not overly pushy, when I was considering listing with them, or when I decided to remove the property for a period and re-list later (as some companies can be), which I appreciated. They also sent me a wonderful bouquet of flowers when my daughter was born, while my flat was listed with them. This was a touch of class and very much showcased their personal touch and their appreciation of my (then) current circumstances. We have just exchanged on our house sale with Ashton’s and I’ve been really pleased with the service I’ve received. Alex White did the initial consultation and his sensitivity and knowledge about the local market was key in helping us decide who to choose to sell the house.
The process and options were laid out and explained well, the brochures and marketing were excellent. Once we had a buyer ( 3 days!) Willow the sales coordinator then led us step by step through the next few weeks, gently keeping things on track and carefully navigating the many levels of buyers in the chain.
It’s never easy selling a house, but I can honestly say, the team at Ashtons made the whole process of selling a very good experience.
