We had failed with another agent in the area so we chose to go with Curchods and no regrets. Having experienced what it was like to access the Curchods network as a potential buyer - it was great to be on the sell side of it. The network means any potential buyers are flagged up so quickly so when you call another branch they have your info and have already got some properties lined up for you that might work. On the sell side, rather than pushing people through the doors with one agent as the main focal point, the entire team came to view our property so they all knew the key selling points - they would then work through their portfolio of clients and match them to us.
