I’m pleased to write this review, as I’m still amazed at how quick and seamless the service was. When I called about the listing, Alex answered, and we arranged a meeting. On the day, the first great impression was Emma’s punctuality. She arrived on time, gave me a tour of the flat, and answered all my questions. After I confirmed that I was keen on the property, she mentioned she would send the necessary paperwork once she got back to the office. This was another big plus, as it was already after 5 p.m., yet the documents arrived before I even made it home. I’m still impressed by such efficient service. Throughout the process of completing the paperwork, I had a few rather uncommon questions and situations, all of which were resolved with ease. While I can't comment on other Curchods branches, the Woking branch has a remarkably dedicated team who clearly enjoy their work. The high rating they had before this review is thoroughly deserved.

I was absolutely delighted with Curchods Woking who handled the sale of my property recently. I found that he and his team were always helpful answering any queries I had and also fitting in viewings around us all which was at times tricky due to us being a large family. Communication was professional and friendly at all times. Prior to sale, updates on viewings had to be sought at times, but they were informative and offered good insight. Once a sale had been agreed, there was good tracking of the progress of the process and updates were very timely. An accurate estimate of timescales was given and maintained. Living overseas, I needed some additional logistical help at times, and I was given full support and help as required. A successful completion was achieved, and within 3 months of accepting an offer.

Mariana was amazing throughout our whole letting process. The whole process from valuation, finding a suitable buyer to exchange and completion was all handled very professionally by the whole team at Ashtons St Albans. A special thanks to both Alix and to Essy for keeping us informed, handling the viewings and for making the process easy. Our other (main) home will shortly be going on the market and we look forward to working with both the Redbourn and St Albans offices to hopefully achieve another good sale so we can then afford to move on to finding our dream home in a dream location!
