Totally recommend! The team at Curchods was very professional and went above and beyond on many occasions. I thought the property would be difficult to sell, but i priced as advised, and a buyer was found in 2 days. It got a bit fraught as we had to wait for probate, but that's only to be expected. I initially put my house on the market with Churchods, they found buyers within a couple of weeks but unfortunately my buyers buyer broke the chain at the last minute and the sale fell through, I was devastated.
