Dear Bozena Thank you for your feedback, it is always good to get comments from customers so we can deal with all feedback. With regard to your comments I am sorry that you feel aggrieved however we are a very transparent company, we make sure all prospective tenants have a list of all potential fees right at the beginning of a relationship with us, at the viewing, so you can make an informed decision. We have to carry out regular inspections as this is part of our SLA to our property owners. The reason there was a deduction from your deposit is because the range oven in the property was professionally cleaned prior to you moving in and that is how it has to be returned at the check out. If you had been at the check out we would have happily discussed this with you. However, your husband did sign in agreement to this.
