Northwood have been absolutely fantastic throughout my yearlong tenancy. They did their very best to get me moved in as soon as at the start, and they were completely stress free! This was my first time renting by myself and it couldn't have been smoother at all. Cheers guys!

This was our first rented property with Northwood Wirral (Heswall). We rented for several years at the same property and were VERY happy but unfortunatly the property became too small for us when we had our little boy as you can imagine with what comes with a child !!. All staff at Northwood wirral(heswall) were fantastic and very very helpful especially making sure our end of contract on the property went smoothly as we were lucky enough to buy our first house! We would especially like to thank Deryck, Joanna, lillian,Helen ,Jillian,Nicky,jane We would highly recommend Northwood wirral(heswall) nothing was a problem to them and any problems with the property which was rare.... ! Brilliant, me and my partner moved into our flat with ease through this company and a special thanks to Jane in the shop who has been excellent throughout the months we have been in the flat couldn't ask for a better person to deal with our moving in process.

Rented for years and by far the best I have come across. Very professional and the girls in the office couldn’t be more helpful. I have to say the 3 monthly inspections are little excessive but understand they are only protecting the landlords interests. If I was ever to own a property on the Wirral these guys would be first port of call.

Think the initial comms were very good. Property is reasonable though we made numerous comments on the inspection report and haven’t had confirmation that those comments have been received. We have a few teething problems we need to talk through, though we have not been very proactive about it due to a hectic few weeks with work and life commitments. We will be in touch shortly to arrange a discussion. On the whole though our view of Northwood is positive, with clear and transparent arrangements which made life easier

Overall, kind polite and respectful. I've not come across any issues yet so couldn't comment on how that would be dealt with.. The service I've received is so far so good, no complaints :).
