Brilliant!

We have used Belwvior, Wirral, to manage our four properties in the area for over twelve years. Throughout this time, they have been consistently professional and efficient in all their dealings on our behalf. Their communication is first class and they can be relied upon for complete honesty and integrity. We live at some distance from the properties but we have always been comforted that we could rely on them to manage them properly. Meanwhile, we feel our tenants can be confident too that their representation will be passed onto us and acted upon. We could not recommend them any higher.

This was our first rented property with Northwood Wirral (Heswall). We rented for several years at the same property and were VERY happy but unfortunatly the property became too small for us when we had our little boy as you can imagine with what comes with a child !!. All staff at Northwood wirral(heswall) were fantastic and very very helpful especially making sure our end of contract on the property went smoothly as we were lucky enough to buy our first house! I used this agent to let a house for two years under the Guaranteed Rent scheme. As a landlord I always found them helpful, quick to answer the phone and deal with any issue. The agent is very well organised, the guaranteed rent is paid promptly and routine matters eg gas certificates are dealt with In good time. The agent has tradesmen contacts at reasonable rates who can be called upon to do repairs quickly when required. There is always a professional approach. The Guaranteed Rent scheme costs the landlord more than traditional management only services but for many it will be a price well worth paying for simplicity and peace of mind.

I would recommend Northwood Wirral as an Estate Agent that offers a thoroughly professional service right from the get-go. Not only was the service excellent, but also personal. Soon after signing my contract, it seemed that having to go abroad again for work reasons was on the cards, and when I contacted Northwood about this, they were brilliant and they explained everything perfectly. Although the whole team were excellent, I must give a shout-out to Jillian Gallwey, who looked after my application and kept me up to speed every step of the way. An excellent personal service.

My name is Agnes; Belvoir sent their gas man to my flat yesterday to do the annual Gas Safety Check. This was done speedily and satisfactorily. I asked the man, Nick I think it was, to look at the bathroom sink taps as they were constantly dripping. He confirmed new tap-heads were needed. He asked Glynnis at Belvoir's office for permission and having received this, fitted the parts that were luckily in his van. Cannot thank Belvoir enough; always helpful and friendly.
