This was our first rented property with Northwood Wirral (Heswall). We rented for several years at the same property and were VERY happy but unfortunatly the property became too small for us when we had our little boy as you can imagine with what comes with a child !!. All staff at Northwood wirral(heswall) were fantastic and very very helpful especially making sure our end of contract on the property went smoothly as we were lucky enough to buy our first house! Rented for years and by far the best I have come across. Very professional and the girls in the office couldn’t be more helpful. I have to say the 3 monthly inspections are little excessive but understand they are only protecting the landlords interests. If I was ever to own a property on the Wirral these guys would be first port of call.
