We rented house with Northwood for nearly 10 years and had no issues or problems with them during that time. When it came to handing the property back they couldn't have been more helpful especially Kim. We would recommend them to anyone looking to rent!

I have nothing but good things to say about Northwood. I've previously self-managed our property so to have an agent that I can trust to manage things has been a huge weight off our shoulders. Their staff are quick to respond and they haven't missed a beat when it comes to checking up on the property, letting me know about urgent issues that arise or letting me know about changes to legislation that might affect us. Northwood have been looking after my wife’s house for past two years. Notifies of any issues and prices are reasonable, Helen in the office is very knowledgeable and professional. Guaranteed rent is paid on the day as promised, and we also use to sort out the insurance. When the day comes to sell we will use Northwood.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I became a landlord using the Northwood Guaranteed Rent Scheme in February 20121. Recently there was a problem at my property. I received a call from the team notifying me of the problem and seeking my permission to deal with it which I gave. A few days later I received another call giving me further details of the issue and a quote for having the problem fixed which seemed very reasonable and I agreed to it. The team at Northwood Wirral are very efficient and professional and I would highly recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

Me and my partner moved out for the first time in March 2020 and I couldn’t thank the team at Northwood enough for all the help they have provided from the beginning. They were very responsive whenever we had issues and had it sorted as quickly as possible even throughout the lockdown. As we were moving out we were given a pre-checkout call for an opportunity to give us feedback on what needed to be done, if any. Safe to say we got our full deposit back so we were grateful and made up! Thank you to Northwood again and we definitely recommend the company!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
