I previously had my flat on the market for a year without any serious bids. I put it on with Belviour and Clive got me a very decent offer in 1 week. I was amazed. The sale has now gone through and it has allowed me to buy a house with my partner, so we are both very happy! Clive provided excellent service with decent listings, great photos and even a 3D video of the flat. He was always there during the sales process to help with any queries etc.
