We recently completed as first time buyers. Our purchase was handled by Bernadette Martin at Prospect. We found Bernadette to be very proactive and pragmatic, our purchase process was lengthy and came up with lots of conveyancing issues. However this process was made easier by Bernadette's efforts to resolve any issues that were raised and she was always quick to respond to any queries that we had.
