The team impressed right from pitching for the business through to getting the transaction completed (in what is currently a pretty tricky market). Particular praise due to Bernadette Martin who was responsible for keeping the transaction moving, harrying (in a positive sense) me, the buyers and both sets of solicitors. Every estate agent should have a transaction support specialist!

I have just sold a Maidenhead flat using Prospect as agent. Not knowing much about them, they were not initially on my list but, from the start, the people I dealt with [eg Connor] impressed me and, in my view, warrant top ratings. The process ran like clockwork, much faster and smoother than expected, involving staff beyond just the Maidenhead office. Everyone was helpful, professional, supportive and friendly. A particular thank you to Bernadette for ensuring all participants [including me] performed our function on time. Being obviously highly experienced in the selling process, she provides an invaluable coordinating function I had not experienced before.
