After having experience with other agencies it has been a few years now that we have been tenants with Prospect and I can say that I am really comfortable! We have established a trusting client agency relationship which in my opinion is very important and not always easy to find. We recently completed as first time buyers. Our purchase was handled by Bernadette Martin at Prospect. We found Bernadette to be very proactive and pragmatic, our purchase process was lengthy and came up with lots of conveyancing issues. However this process was made easier by Bernadette's efforts to resolve any issues that were raised and she was always quick to respond to any queries that we had.

I had been searching for a new house since a couple of months and came through Prospect via Right move, the team is amazing, they remove barriers, coordinate well, understand your needs and make sure they perform up to the mark. In my experience, Prospect is the best lettings/estate agency in the Maidenhead area. I personally worked with Harrison, who was excellent. Very responsive, proactive, and helpful. Tried to work with other agencies in the area which was very disappointing and truly made Prospect shine.
