We first crossed paths with Andy from James Neave when we viewed a property in Ashford TW15 with a view to purchasing it. We decided against it, but had, in the process, met a very nice man! As a direct result of the minimal amount of time we had spent with Andy, we knew that we would want to work with him to help sell our property. Long story short, we almost sold our property and then decided not to. Throughout the process, Andy visited us and was friendly, warm and offered us advice when we asked questions. THEN, we decided to buy a property to renovate. When we needed help to get an estimated value of its worth after renovation, and no one else would help, Andy stepped up. He still didn't know for sure if he would secure business from us, but was wonderfully open to helping us. When we did finally buy the reno and sell it we didn't want to work with anyone else and we made absolutely the right decision. Andy and his team had the renovated property sold within 2 weeks of it being on the market and the sale completed within 4 months. For the duration of the selling process Andy was available to us on WhatsApp, phone or email to offer support and advice. He chased and chased and chased those solicitors and represented us so well. We could not have asked for a better estate agent to work with and support us in, what was, a stressful period of time. Unfortunately agents are generally unscrupulous, often dishonest, and lack integrity , ethics and morals (that is true of many local agents) . That is my experience. So what can I say about JN - they are amazing, honest, wicked communication, and you couldnt ask for more - the benchmark every agent needs to follow
