I have been in touch with James Neave for a couple of years as I had expressed interest in moving. Initially I dealt mainly with Ryan Wales, but later worked with Andy Davies as well. I used JN to sell my flat and found their whole service to be extremely professional and I remain amazed what they do for the price they charge. JN secured a sale for us and were beyond helpful in advising and guiding us through the process. It felt like there was literally nothing which was too much for them. I suspect we ended up being involved, in one way or another, with their whole team, and they all provide the same exceptional service. If you are looking to move in an area served by JN, I would highly recommend them.

James Neave were absolutely superb throughout our whole sale process. I particularly liked how easy they were to contact, as Andy Davies created our own private WhatsApp group for us so we were always kept in the loop. Jordan Knight in particular was really helpful, responsive and patient throughout. From the moment i walked into James Neave office to enquire about putting my property on the market, i instantly felt at ease and at home. Andy met me with warmth and a lot of knowledge. This was the second agent I listed my flat with, after I had given notice to the first. Things moved very fast thereafter meeting Andy. Even before the flat went on the market we had viewings booked. As soon as it went on the market it was insane the interest that came through the door. Very quickly it was sold. Jordan my sales progressor was nothing short of amazing, patient, kind and a delight to work with. James Neave were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Our house was advertised perfectly and we were under offer within a week of it going up.
