Andy helped to push the purchase forward despite delays and helped us jump a few hurdles along the way too. We were on quite a journey with our house move out of Walton but Ryan was wonderful throughout. It was delayed a few years in the end for various reasons but Ryan always remembered to touch base with us when other estate agents couldn't be bothered. The service from James Neave was excellent throughout and we wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future.

We first crossed paths with Andy from James Neave when we viewed a property in Ashford TW15 with a view to purchasing it. We decided against it, but had, in the process, met a very nice man! As a direct result of the minimal amount of time we had spent with Andy, we knew that we would want to work with him to help sell our property. Long story short, we almost sold our property and then decided not to. Throughout the process, Andy visited us and was friendly, warm and offered us advice when we asked questions. THEN, we decided to buy a property to renovate. When we needed help to get an estimated value of its worth after renovation, and no one else would help, Andy stepped up. He still didn't know for sure if he would secure business from us, but was wonderfully open to helping us. When we did finally buy the reno and sell it we didn't want to work with anyone else and we made absolutely the right decision. Andy and his team had the renovated property sold within 2 weeks of it being on the market and the sale completed within 4 months. For the duration of the selling process Andy was available to us on WhatsApp, phone or email to offer support and advice. He chased and chased and chased those solicitors and represented us so well. We could not have asked for a better estate agent to work with and support us in, what was, a stressful period of time. They are an excellent, hard working and supportive team who have looked after our property as managing agents whilst we leased for nearly 15 years, and successfully helped us with our recent sale, handling all the details for us whilst we are abroad. Communication has been smooth throughout and we're almost sad not to be in regular contact with them anymore after so long!!
