Very impressed with the service we received by Andy and his team when selling our home recently. James Neave was one of 4 agents we approached for a valuation and if I'm candid, not an expected forerunner, however, their online reviews were excellent and on this basis included them into the mix and I was very pleasantly surprised. Andy is not your typical estate agent. He took the time to listen to us about our home and what we saw as it's key selling points and potential. He then worked with us to ensure both the verbage about our property and the photos taken were completely to our satisfaction. The drone footage was stunning and would 100% recommend! The property sold in double quick time and Andy continued to be a source of great support connecting us to various contractors, nudging us when we needed to act on something and doing the same to others when they needed encouragement. We bought our house with James Neave, the whole team were amazing, very accommodating for viewings, great at following up in a friendly and approachable way guiding us through the process which helped with a speedy purchase. No matter who answered the phone in the office they knew about the house, they always responded really quickly to any questions we had on email or over the phone. Would 100% recommend them, Its hard to find an estate agent that has this level of professionalism at the same time as being just lovely people! Wouldn’t think twice to use them when we come to selling our property.

Jordan supported us from the initial viewings all the way through to completion. His friendliness, professionalism and proactiveness really shone through. It really did make a difference in the buying process and he was always on call if we needed anything. Andy and his team have also been brilliant. We are now using JN to let the property and are very much looking forward to working with them. So far all the staff from the lettings team have also been fantastic. We sold our share-hold property through James Neave. Due to additional parties and requirements it took longer than we had hoped but JN supported us through the whole process with kindness and professionalism.
