They displayed lots of honesty and professionalism during the whole process, giving me support and assistance whenever I needed. Andy Davies has proven to be a fantastic professional, very knowledgeable, friendly. My experience in buiyng the house through them was just perfect.

Sold our house before it even went on the market. A bit more complicated as was a shared ownership home being changed to 100% for the new owner. James Neave was recommended as had experience with this. Housing association were unbearably slow at times, which held the sale up more than once, but Andy was great, always pushing to get things done. Now living in Cyprus, we would thoroughly recommend using James Neave to sell your property.

We bought our house with James Neave, the whole team were amazing, very accommodating for viewings, great at following up in a friendly and approachable way guiding us through the process which helped with a speedy purchase. No matter who answered the phone in the office they knew about the house, they always responded really quickly to any questions we had on email or over the phone. Would 100% recommend them, Its hard to find an estate agent that has this level of professionalism at the same time as being just lovely people! Flat sale.

I sold my flat with James Neave. I had nothing but problems with my management company and changes in legislation on leaseholds which kept meaning buyers pulled out, however James Neave kept going at it until they sold my flat they never gave up. Would recommend 100%

Having recently just completed on a purchase through James Neave, I have nothing but positive things to say about the James Neave team. My purchase, although seemingly straightforward, no chain at either side, was beset by delays caused by third parties. Andy at James Neave was always quick to respond and react in order to get things Moving forward again. We got there in the end and it felt like a genuine team effort and although the estate agent acts for the seller I feel that the team pulled out every effort to support me as the buyer as well.If I ever come to sell a property, I will definitely use James Neave as my agent.

Jordan supported us from the initial viewings all the way through to completion. His friendliness, professionalism and proactiveness really shone through.
