We first crossed paths with Andy from James Neave when we viewed a property in Ashford TW15 with a view to purchasing it. We decided against it, but had, in the process, met a very nice man! As a direct result of the minimal amount of time we had spent with Andy, we knew that we would want to work with him to help sell our property. Long story short, we almost sold our property and then decided not to. Throughout the process, Andy visited us and was friendly, warm and offered us advice when we asked questions. THEN, we decided to buy a property to renovate. When we needed help to get an estimated value of its worth after renovation, and no one else would help, Andy stepped up. He still didn't know for sure if he would secure business from us, but was wonderfully open to helping us. When we did finally buy the reno and sell it we didn't want to work with anyone else and we made absolutely the right decision. Andy and his team had the renovated property sold within 2 weeks of it being on the market and the sale completed within 4 months. For the duration of the selling process Andy was available to us on WhatsApp, phone or email to offer support and advice. He chased and chased and chased those solicitors and represented us so well. We could not have asked for a better estate agent to work with and support us in, what was, a stressful period of time. Very impressed with the service we received by Andy and his team when selling our home recently. James Neave was one of 4 agents we approached for a valuation and if I'm candid, not an expected forerunner, however, their online reviews were excellent and on this basis included them into the mix and I was very pleasantly surprised. Andy is not your typical estate agent. He took the time to listen to us about our home and what we saw as it's key selling points and potential. He then worked with us to ensure both the verbage about our property and the photos taken were completely to our satisfaction. The drone footage was stunning and would 100% recommend! The property sold in double quick time and Andy continued to be a source of great support connecting us to various contractors, nudging us when we needed to act on something and doing the same to others when they needed encouragement. We bought our house with James Neave, the whole team were amazing, very accommodating for viewings, great at following up in a friendly and approachable way guiding us through the process which helped with a speedy purchase. No matter who answered the phone in the office they knew about the house, they always responded really quickly to any questions we had on email or over the phone. Would 100% recommend them, Its hard to find an estate agent that has this level of professionalism at the same time as being just lovely people! We were on quite a journey with our house move out of Walton but Ryan was wonderful throughout. It was delayed a few years in the end for various reasons but Ryan always remembered to touch base with us when other estate agents couldn't be bothered.
