Ive recently purchased a house that was marketed through James neave in walton. I just want to say that I had a fantastic experience (not many can say that about house purchase!) special mention for Ryan Wales who was consummate professional and communicative throughout which is a major thing these days. Great experience working with James Neave! Our deal was quite a long and complicated one due to solicitors and other legal stuff. Sold my property recently with James Neave and cannot fault them throughout the whole process. Nothing was to much to ask from Andy throughout the entire process which took a lot longer than expected due to issues out of our control. Andy’s support was above and beyond expected and he was willing to help no matter what it was!

We found Andy and his team absolutely on the ball all the way through the sale of the house. They made selling far less stressful than it normally is. Following up the buyer, the buyers solicitors and liaising with our own solicitors. Sometimes Andy was updating by text or email, when necessary, from very early hours before most people were at work. He certainly went that extra mile and more than earnt his fee. The best service I have ever experienced from any estate agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending James Neave to anyone, whether for sales or letting, (we used Andy to let the property for three years before we subsequently sold).
