Very rude, and unprofessional. It's been 2 months and still waiting for my deposit back. I certainly won't recommend to family and friends

Yeah just don’t do it if you know whats good for you. I definitely will not be renting through these people again. Moving out was like pulling a tooth with no pain medication. Even after move out I’m still being stressed. No no no. I’ll make better choices in future that’s for sure.

Roman Estate Agents - Sales and Lettings are absolute charlatans, they will say anything to take your property on. They say a lot of things verbally and will then renege on what they have agreed. You are merely a pound of flesh to them, I would not touch them with a barge pole from personal experience BUT if you have to use them, ensure everything they say is stated in writing. Better option would be to avoid them in all capacities.....

We offered on a property and after starting the paperwork they accepted somebody else offer and carried on ignoring our calls. Highly unprofessional.

They might be good if you are a landlord. For a tenant, this is by far the worse agency I have ever dealt with. All reports take months to be settled, some of them did not get fixed after a year. Make sure that you get everything on writing, as phone conversations are worthless with them. Their no deposit option is a joke, you will be paying monthly for years only to have to pay some more at the end of the tenancy because it doesnt cover anything, you might as well throw the money away. If you ask to change from no deposit to deposit option, they will tell you is not avaliable for the property and that you have already agreed to the no deposit option. They will also make you sign for insurance on top of the rent, but if anything gets damaged, it will be on your pocket. If you have any other option at all, skip Romans. It will save you plenty headaches.

Very bad experience. All references were made, deposit paid، and checking in date confirmed. Then received a phone call from a rude man telling me we cannot check you in on that date and I can give you your deposit back. Then after that he reveals that Landlord doesn't want kids and that was their reason to cancel although this information was clear from start. And now more than 2 weeks passed and I have not got my money back and had to renew my current tenancy.

I would absolutely NOT recommend to use Romans Uxbridge agency to rent a property. They have been efficient for me to move in but are a NIGHTMARE since I moved out... There is a massive lack of communication. Romans have been ignoring me for 1 month now! Not returning calls, not answering any emails. My deposit has been agreed with my landlord more than 1 month ago with absolutely no issue and I completed the form Romans asked me to get it back and since then, nothing! I did not get my money back, they are not answering me, not even let me know what is going on. They are basically holding my money and just ghost me! Unbelievable in those uncertain Covid time to leave people like that.... I do not know what to do and will probably have to get the help of a solicitor for Romans to give my deposit back to me and my landlord.

They manage the property next to mine, fly tippers dumped rubbish on the drive while the tenants were away, this was 6 months ago and despite emailing and visiting the branch the rubbish is still there. They’re not even helping the tenants. If this was your property they were managing would you be happy?

West Drayton office staffs are putting pressure on potential tenants, information is not shared amongst them resulting in putting us off altogether of Romans West Drayton.
