Zara was good at answering my queries, and helping with the move. She finalised the place for me very quickly. The only let down was that some things out of her control were not said from the start by the Romans head office and delayed the moving process. There definitely is room for improvement in communication between staff. Thanks for all your help Zara!

I am a landlord of a house share located in Uxbridge. I have been using Romans letting services for a couple of years. I have been impressed by their professionalism, communications, response to queries, and efficiency in finding tenants and managing tenancies. I would like to mention in particular Zara and Dale who I have been mostly in contact with and who have demonstrated very high professional manners.

I recently rented a property from Romans. It was my first time renting and I found the agent Zara was very helpful, polite and efficient. She communicated with me at all times during the process. When I moved into the property and had minor issues with the property, she dealt with all my concerns in an effective and professional manner and sorted it. The management team also have been really good at keeping me informed of their progress with any maintenance issues and arranging for it to be fixed I would recommend Romans Letting & Estate Agents!PositiveResponsiveness
