Zara Younas, was my consultant from Romans Letting, She was very helpful in the whole process, explaining the documentation, helping out with literally every confusion we had, I called her often during the checks & how to proceed with the application for letting. Review - Alex Smith. Alex, as a property manager, showed dedication and diligence so that the end of a 5 year tenancy did not go to dispute and all the facts were relayed properly to the tenants. As a landlord, I was happy with the level of communication and the commitment given to the task.

Zara was good at answering my queries, and helping with the move. She finalised the place for me very quickly. The only let down was that some things out of her control were not said from the start by the Romans head office and delayed the moving process. There definitely is room for improvement in communication between staff. Thanks for all your help Zara!
