after having a not so pleasant experience with other estate agents it was pure delight to have someone come to my house and tell me exactly what they thought with no preamble of "i cant believe you have not sold yet" and "your on too cheap mate i could get you at least 20k more" YAWN. Bennetts took control told the truth "not what they thought i wanted to hear" and on the first open day we had more offers than we could deal with. This being my first home purchase I was apprehensive of estate agents as all the advice from family and friends was negative. This couldn't be further from the truth.
