after having a not so pleasant experience with other estate agents it was pure delight to have someone come to my house and tell me exactly what they thought with no preamble of "i cant believe you have not sold yet" and "your on too cheap mate i could get you at least 20k more" YAWN. Bennetts took control told the truth "not what they thought i wanted to hear" and on the first open day we had more offers than we could deal with. I brought a house via Bennetts earlier this year and was impressed with their service. From speaking to Phil about a possible offer, Jacob with the actual offer and acceptance, through to Lisa the Sale Progressor - they were all helpful. Lisa was fundamental in the process with her weekly updates and her calmness when solicitors and our buyers were being difficult. If I ever did sell again, I would certainly use them.

I couldn't speak more highly of Bennett Residential. They were the agents working with the vendors we were buying a house from. This being my first home purchase I was apprehensive of estate agents as all the advice from family and friends was negative. This couldn't be further from the truth. They were lovely people who truly bent over backwards to make sure the exchange went through efficiently and quickly. I could always speak to someone on the phone and even with small bumps in the road , that naturally comes with any house purchase, they took them in their stride and resolved any issue so quickly.
