I went first time but didn't find anything new nothing was 50% off mention but all clothes price were as usual price. Strange when I ask fr discount they say no really disappointing to go from Hounslow to Uxbridge.

No visit, but there were too many people to contact rather then one single person.

Hi Saquib, we’re saddened to see that our team at Uxbridge have received a low star rating after your experience with them. We can see that you left us this feedback with a higher star rating back in March so are saddened to see that this has since dropped. In respect of your points around the number of people you had to contact our lettings business is made up of various departments and teams, we appreciate that some Landlords find it more beneficial to have one point of contact for all matters relating to the management of their property however we don’t believe that this is always feasible. Your designated property manager will generally be the main point of contact throughout your experience after a tenant moves in and will attempt to offer assistance wherever possible although they may not always be the best placed person to answer queries for things such as marketing of the property or account discrepancies and we find that by having a different departments who possess knowledge and expertise of these areas that we can direct you to someone better placed to assist. We hope this helps provide some clarity to our structure and that moving forward we are able to deliver a level of service you are happier with. AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! This company is prearranging rent to their favourite customers before even arranging viewings and then they just let people do viewings with no outcomes as tenants already selected prior that stage. They have no roles of dealing with customers and fake excuses and lied to me every time I tried to speak to them to understand the situation.

Absolutely terrible estate agents never on time and like to hassle removal companies don't use if you want a smooth move
