We bought our first home through Romans earlier this year. In our case, it took a while as we had some difficulty with the chain. However, Romans were responsive throughout the process and continually kept us and the rest of the chain updated. Lisa Fox, our dedicated Sales Progresor, was very committed and took ownership of moving the process on as efficiently as possible. Many thanks to Lisa and Jacob Cross (Residential Sales Manager) for their patience with our many questions (as we were first time buyers) and helping us buy our first home!
It's probably no exaggeration to say that Bennett's helped us buy our dream home. They listened to us when others had not been interested, helped us buy our new house and, within a week, sell our previous house. The actual purchase process wasn't flawless and there are always little things that can be improved on. The important thing for us was that they helped us achieve what we wanted, rather than simply chasing the money - I've not seen those qualities in many estate agents. They are lovely people that I would happily deal with again.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.
would not recommend and / or use them for my property purchases.
I went first time but didn't find anything new nothing was 50% off mention but all clothes price were as usual price. Strange when I ask fr discount they say no really disappointing to go from Hounslow to Uxbridge.
No visit, but there were too many people to contact rather then one single person.
At the beginning, the estate agent Aron seemed very professional and gave me the impression that he was the right person to sell my house. Unfortunately, after I signed the agreement, he completely revealed himself. He hid vital information regarding my buyer which made the whole selling process extremely frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged. If he had been honest from the start, none of the headaches and stress I experienced would have happened. In fact, another agency – Allday & Miller – had to step in. Thanks to their determination, active communication, and professionalism, my sale was finally completed. Without them, I don’t think it would have gone through. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but in this case I feel I must. Nobody should have to go through what I did. To make matters worse, when I made a complaint, Romans’ customer service offered such a poor compensation that in the end I accepted only because I wanted to close this chapter with them. Otherwise, I would have gone further because they didn’t deserve the large fee they received from my sale. I ended up living in boxes for months because of their mishandling. The only positive note I can add is about Rachel, who was kind and had excellent communication skills. My advice: look for another agency. Romans needs to improve enormously if they want to truly satisfy their clients.
