I have to say, even from our initial contact, he was polite, straight talking, and clearly a very good Salesman, but most importantly, I could see a very good and professional Estate Agent. The fact a large local high street Agent was not able to secure a sale after some 1800 online viewings, means to me, the Marketing and indeed whole selling experience at Butlers has proved very beneficial. Local agents have many offices and franchises, which need funding and management. And you pay for it.... I will never again go to a mainline on the street Estate Agent. From our first interaction onwards, Dom has been brilliant with us and a real pleasure to do business with. Great Service. We were approached by Dominic as he had noticed our house had been on the market for some months with another agency. After having a quick chat about what He and Butlers could offer us we were having viewings the very next day. We noticed straight away how much better Dominic was in showing potential buyers round the house and engaging with them in a much more personal casual and informative way. He had us a potential buyer and lots of interest from others that same day. Unfortunately that buyer did not commit but Butlers were quick to find us another buyer at the same price we wanted. Dominic and Butlers were great throughout and went above and beyond to help us and keep us informed and sort out any problems no matter how small on both sides and with solicitors Ect. They are a pleasure to deal with and always gets back to you quickly. They charge a very reasonable rate and valued our house just right. Would highly recommend.

Buying the first home is a very stressful process and the journey begins with that dream filled phone call to an estate agent who has advertised a potential house that we may end up buying. We finally found our perfect home and are glad that it was a house advertised by Butler’s. Dominic from Butler’s was excellent right from the very first phone call we made to book the viewing. One of the points that impressed us, was the description of the house in the advert. It was not the standard information, instead it articulated how one would feel living in the house. He was not pushy at all and gave us a lot of time to consider things to make our decision.
