Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Speak disrespectfully and don’t want to help you unless you are white. Pick and choose whose application they want to put forward otherwise will ignore you and not answer your phone calls. Very rude, unprofessional group of loose women.

Northwood, Newcastle under lyme branch absolutely shocking! My wife was being harassed by the members of staff via telephone. Putting pressure on her to do there inspections when she has just had a baby! Also wanting to do viewings while just brought the baby home! Which she’s stated she didn’t feel comfortable but still putting adverse pressure on her. I’ve got a meeting with the sentinel who are running an article on the experience with Northwood. Think the public need to be made aware of these colleges and what they are doing. If anyone is dealing with Northwood always do this via email so there is a email chain. As conversations are not recorded. (Just a heads up)

I have searched our data base and discussed this with our team, as they are all working to achieve an exceptional standard and I find it hard to understand the need for comments like this directed at the team here at Northwood Stoke on Trent. We have no record of 'Emerson Silva' within our system and our team have no notes regarding any contact by you, so I can only assume that this review is either fake, regarding a different company, or for a different Northwood office. I must ask that this is removed as it appears to be tarnishing the wrong people. Ridiculous options if you're a pet owner; Either 6 months up front or a guarantor. Singles a lot of people out if they don't have close family to be able to help. Shocking.

Hi Lizzie, many thanks for writing this review, we act as agents for the property owners, they are individuals, and all have different criteria where a pet is requested in a property. This often reflects on issues they may have had with a previous tenant and their pet, making them more risk averse. We do understand the importance of pet ownership and are pet owners ourselves, we work with our landlords to get them to accept pets although the majority do indeed ask for a minimum of a guarantor where a tenant requests a pet. I am sorry we were unable to help you in this instance.

Me and my friend had been ready to move into a flat next week, tenancy agreement all sent over and ready to move and we’re just informed that we can no longer move in! Completely unprofessional service and now we have to look elsewhere for a property after being so certain that this was the place to move in.

This is for Northwood in Stoke on Trent, each Northwood office is independently owned and run, here at the Stoke office we pride ourselves on the service given and ask that these comments are deleted and rewritten on the correct companies Google listing. Put houses on web site as new listings. When enquired about, they take details of personal information in pretence of application. Then reject the application made, using the information given for marketing by other businesses.

Please, please do not waste your time renting a property through Northwood, it will be nothing but misery. My property was left in a complete mess after one of there so called "vetted" tenants moved out even after Northwood had supposedly done property inspections?? They obviously missed the strong smell of cannabis and equipment used to grow it in my property..yes you read correctly!! Total joke the kind of tenants they let rent a property! It has cost me a fortune to rectify after it was left in what I can only describe as vandalism..thanks Northwood!! I know im not the only one.

Following my investigation into this matter I must refute this review which certainly does not reflect the service offered. Just because you met the landlord does not guarantee you being accepted by them. Decisions are made by our landlords not Northwood, we present the details for them to make their decision. I am sorry you felt it necessary to write this review.

Not recommended Unprofessional approach Last minute cancellations without any notice for bookings

Many thanks for your review, although I must disagree with your comments. You had a viewing arranged for a property we are marketing and our negotiator had the courtesy to call you to keep you informed that an acceptable offer had been received which was above the price the property was being marketed at. They further offered to honour the viewing and meet you at the agreed time if you were still interested in viewing, you decided that you did not wish to view under the circumstances. We had only been told by the vendor of the property moments before the call, as detailed in the call to you, that the offer submitted by a previous viewer was acceptable, something that was out of our control. We could have ignored this information and continued with the viewing but chose the more professional route to keep our potential clients informed at the earliest possible point, which in this instance was at short notice to your viewing but in plenty of time for us to still complete our obligation to you as offered. I am sorry you felt it necessary to write this unfounded review.
