I can not fault the service I've received from Northwood and the team. Thank you all very much. *UPDATE* Having recently given up my tenancy I would like to say that the service has become polar opposite. Having left the property in a better condition than I received it they have "decided" that the apartment will need cleaning and will be invoicing me the bill for clearing up maintenance products and personal items left there by any number of previous tenants. They have also chosen to withhold an accidental overpayment of rent for the past 10 days. In light of this I most certainly will not recommend Northwood letting agents to anyone, ever. If you have taken possession of a Northwood rental property after reading my previous review, I can only apologise. For future Northwood customers be aware. This has very much turned out to be a Jeckyl and Hyde kind of company. They're caring and helpful as long as they're taking your money.

We feel this does not represent the facts of this check out, we conducted a pre-tenancy inventory which was signed by you at your check-in meeting at the property and have subsequently conducted a check out inspection of the property. The property had not been cleaned to a level that the property was handed over and window keys had been lost during the tenancy, photographic evidence is available regarding the cleanliness of the returned property which clearly shows that the property was not returned in a better state as you suggest. You have only been charged for the clean and the replacement keys, any over payment of rent due to the Standing Order not being cancelled by yourself has been credited back to your account in a timely manner. The balance of deposit has further been promptly returned to you. I feel that the team at Northwood have acted professionally throughout. Would not recommend to anyone really bad service don't do repairs when you ask and blame you for mould in a property that was already there when you move in. I will never ever again go with Northwood and inspections every 3 months.

Total waste of tome, offer you a property, I paid all fees, deposit and even first months rent, arranged a move in date, hired a removal van, then the day before I was due to move, a Northwood employee phoned me and said I couldn't move into the property because there was a major damp issue, this was bot acceptable as the house had been empty for a few months, so this work should have already been done. Since then I have found another property with another agent. I am really annoyed about this situation as I believe they actually gave the property to another tenant, and just gave me a cock and bull story. WHEN A DEPOSIT IS PAID IN FULL IT USUALLY MEANS THE THE PROPERTY IS SECURED
