I have searched our data base and discussed this with our team, as they are all working to achieve an exceptional standard and I find it hard to understand the need for comments like this directed at the team here at Northwood Stoke on Trent. We have no record of 'Emerson Silva' within our system and our team have no notes regarding any contact by you, so I can only assume that this review is either fake, regarding a different company, or for a different Northwood office. I must ask that this is removed as it appears to be tarnishing the wrong people.
