Northwood, Newcastle under lyme branch absolutely shocking! My wife was being harassed by the members of staff via telephone. Putting pressure on her to do there inspections when she has just had a baby! Also wanting to do viewings while just brought the baby home! Which she’s stated she didn’t feel comfortable but still putting adverse pressure on her. I’ve got a meeting with the sentinel who are running an article on the experience with Northwood. Think the public need to be made aware of these colleges and what they are doing. If anyone is dealing with Northwood always do this via email so there is a email chain.
