Just editing my review. I have been living in Stoke for the past 15 years. Never had luck with them. Either you go to their office or on the phone, the moment they realise you are a non white you can feel their racist attitude towards you. Just sharing my experience with them.

I don't recommend it, stay away from them, they are liars and unprofessional ,If I could I wouldn't leave even one star!!!

Tried to Veiw property that went straight on the market rang and emailed but strangely it went before anyone could have a veiwing this is insider dealing at its best would not recommend you sell or even try to buy with this sort of behaviour not even the decency to return a call/email

I used to live at 214 Warrington Road in stok on trend, I left the house a month earlier, I didn't receive the deposit and I also reported to the tax council, be careful with them.

Awful experience, rented from these guys back in 2017. Flat was awful, assistance was awful and the application process was horrendous. Reviewing only now after seeing my old emails with them whereby they were completely disorganised. They didn't do anything dodgy with my deposit or such but the price and conditions of the property were unjustifiably bad and considering it was my second rental property, it was suspect that they were so suspicious of my background.

Greedy company. Don’t seem to care that you take care of the house, but instead they keep increasing the rent. Keep it going like that guys 🤌 …
