Ashtons St Albans

It was a pleasure to deal with Philip from start to finish. He was always responsive and pro active in getting us move in as quickly as possible. Highly recommend.

Great service from both the lettings team in St Albans and also the management team, in particular Candice, who has dealt with all my queries and property fixes really well. Would definitely recommend them to other landlords.

Having lived in a property managed by Ashtons for 18 months I must say that Candice Volkmer has been an absolute delight. She's always gone the extra mile and we've always felt like a priority. There were a few issues with the flat (not Ashton's fault), and she was always happy to help out with haste.

We have had a fantastic experience selling our house in St Albans with Ashtons and would highly recommend them. Alex (marketing) and James (sales progression) made the whole process as smooth and possible.

Once again Ashtons have provided us with a first class service. Philip and the rest of the team worked professionally and expediently. Excellent marketing and management of the whole process. Highly recommended to any landlord in the St Albans area.

Ashtons is a professional and energetic team with a great selection of properties. Phillip our agent is really helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.

We would definitely recommend Ashtons as a top class Estate Agent.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ashtons St Albans in securing a property to rent under time pressure. Sandy was our contact and we could not have asked for anyone more helpful, responsive, and pleasant to work with. The process was extremely efficient and took less than a week from offer to signing which we really appreciated. We would definitely use Ashtons St Albans again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
