Ashtons St Albans

Ashtons have been so helpful from helping us to sell our house, finding a house to buy and holding our hands right the way through the completion process and beyond! Special thank you to India for finding us our dream house and to Lucy for answering all our random queries and daily updates. You’re both stars!

Fast as lightning wow ! Amazing professional service from both Phillip & Bret. Within one week of Ashtons marketing my property they found a tenant, one week later vetting completed they'd moved in. Exemplary attention to detail and follow up, nothing was ever to much. Thank you Phillip & Bret.

We have just moved to St Albans and with not knowing the area, Phillip was extremely helpful, patient and found the perfect home for us. We would highly recommend.

All went very smoothly renting out property. Very helpful team, thank you Phillip.

Alix recently valued our house and I was so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Her research on the surrounding area and similar property values was very thorough. Alix is very friendly and personable and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. Thanks Alix.

We recently bought our house through Ashtons after searching for a very long time. Sandy Gorton was our main point of contact and he was a pleasure to deal with; knowledgable, always honest and straight talking - he genuinely cared and wanted to help, and ultimately he did help us secure a great family home.
