We couldn't recommend Louise Walker highly enough who has been assigned to our case for a house purchase and all we can say is that we have been SO LUCKY to have her looked after our case or the whole process would have been a lot more difficult for us. Louise was very responsive and on the ball, she helped us chase all the outstanding issues and reminded us what we needed to pay attention to. She took the ownership of her project seriously (She even sent us email on her day off !) and made sure every party's enquires were answered.
