We were really very impressed with how Ashtons handled the change of tenants in our flat a few weeks ago. Despite the difficult and unusual circumstances they were operating under, they arranged a smooth check out, got various works completed in the 2 weeks between tenancies, and then ensured an equally smooth check in for the new tenants.Everyone involved really pulled together as a strong team, and particular credit goes to Jamie, Chloe, Sophie and Kirstie. Ashtons have been an amazing experience with our tenancy. Since the very beginning Jamie provided a very personal service, ensuring he understands our family needs and came up with the perfect property for us. During the tenancy the support of the rest of Ashtons team was always up to high standards and very professional. Due to our unforeseen move outside the UK we had to end the tenancy before its term and Jamie and team was very supportive to avoid extra cost for us.
