Ashtons St Albans

Received a friendly, professional service from all staff that I have dealt with in the lettings team to help me secure a new rental property.

I could not recommend Ashtons St Albans enough. From the very start to the end of the process they were very professional and responsive, Louise worked tirelessly on what ended up being a 'nightmare chain' to make all the sales/purchases happen. Thank you Louise!

I have used Ashtons to both buy and let property and they have been exceptionally friendly and profressional. They are quick to respond to any queries and are quite transparent with the range of services they provide.

Sandy and Elliot are friendly and professional. Though I finally got a flat from another agency, I am so glad to meet them because they were always very efficient and helpful to answer my questions.

Handled the sale of the property I was buying, not even my estate agent but I found them super helpful, great service and post-sales team member Rebecca kept me sane through a challenging process

Very professional, complete understanding of the market and very efficient with the documentation process.

Great service from start to finish. Staff are all well trained and verz friendly and helpful, one feels welcome. Easy to use website, too, also for Maintenance issues, very short turn around time, they react almost instantly and get things …
