By far the easiest home-hunt of my life! From the initial contact, my needs were assessed, and a matching home finalized (i.e. a signed contract and all payments made) in less than 1 week.
Ashton’s found me a tenant within 2 days of viewings where another local agent marketing at the same price and under same terms could not get a tenant in 11 weeks! Great service, good communication, very happy.
We could not have wished for a more positive experience and outcome. The whole process has been efficient, highly professional and friendly. Thank you Ashtons! Mr and Mrs Birchall
Having just relocated to the UK, Ashtons have gone over and beyond to get me the perfect house, get all the checks done and move in on time. Phillip Papadimitri in particular was just a star... I whish I could give a 10 Rating... Fantastic service
I honeatly think that words do not do any jsutice to the experience we had with Ashtons team at St Albans City. Thanks to their great help and support we are going to celebrate Christmass in our first home this year. Great company to work with. They will help and support you from start to finish. Ashtons team helped us connect with the right mortgage brokers and property lawyers. Our case lasted just around two months from start to fimish. St Albans branch has a great team and some fantastic people... BIG THANKS to Jennie. Simon, James and the rest of the team for the great work with our case.
Professional and brilliant service! Thanks to Robert, Louise, and James!
From start to finish an impeccable service. Knowledgeable, professional and most importantly proactive. Highly recommended! Just for the record I'm not a relative /friend/paid reviewer ... just a genuine seller of a property in St Albans.
