He got me into a viewing the very next day and by the end of the week, the contract had been negotiated. Phillip was great at keeping in touch, to let me know what was happening every step of the way. I had to be moved into my new home in 2 weeks time and Phillip made that happen! Honestly, I don’t think I’ve experienced such great customer service since I moved to the UK. Phillip was really a pleasure to work with and he even called me on my move in day to make sure everything had gone smoothly. Ashton's lettings was a great help in finding my first home in the United Kingdom. Having lived in a property managed by Ashtons for 18 months I must say that Candice Volkmer has been an absolute delight. She's always gone the extra mile and we've always felt like a priority. There were a few issues with the flat (not Ashton's fault), and she was always happy to help out with haste.
