Ashtons have been professional, supportive and dedicated with me, while I sold my flat recently. Their valuation was realistic and based upon data and market knowledge. They were not overly pushy, when I was considering listing with them, …

Ashtons have provided excellent support from start to finish (thank you Coralie, Verity and Kay). Communication was timely, precise and informative. They pushed all parties involved (solicitors, developer, etc) to get to closure, investigated and reported back on any query I had, and provided an excellent customer experience.

The Harpenden team were great from start to finish, in particular thank you to Joe and Rebecca.

The Ashtons team has been great to work with, from the point we first got in touch, all the way through to the conveyancing process, which we are going through now. They've been very responsive, proactive and the level of service has been excellent. I would recommend them highly to anyone buying or selling in St Albans.

We used Ashtons for marketing and renting our property. We dealt with Brett and Philip who were extremely knowledgable and professional and provided an excellent service. Would recommend.

Friendly & helpful staff. Great communication. Enjoyed working with them.

It has been a really positive experience working with Phillip at Ashtons on finding a new family to live in our flat. He has been incredibly helpful, patient and professional.

Philp was most accommodating and communicated clearly all the procedures and queries associated with the letting; professional and courteous

Brilliant customer service, efficient, helpful and friendly. Ashtons have been a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier in our new property. Thanks to Brett, Phillip and team for looking after us.
