Generally excellent service and support. Some discrepancies in the property details but my solicitor cleared them up and the purchase was completed with no major delays or complications. Northwood staff were helpful and happy to deal with all my queries and requests as quickly as possible.

Recently bought a property via Northwoods. All of the staff were pleasant and professional, did what they said they were going to do and responded promptly when contacted . I was very impressed.

Northwood valued my property, conducted some viewings and we agreed a sale price in August 2022. I didn't hear a peep from them until the completion date in February 2023, presumably because they wanted paying their £2,400. I would have thought they would have chased solicitors etc but they didn't. Reply to Comment by Northwood: I am not unhappy with the time it took to complete on the sale. I am unhappy with the fact that I did not have any correspondance from Northwood for 6 months and in that time they did nothing to expedite the sale.
