From the reviews I can see that the agency is giving priority to only selling but not renting a property. Because I had a bad experience, from several weeks I am looking for a rental house ,multiple phone calls and mail's done. "Viewing is fully booked" otherwise "we will check and contact back" that's the answer I got from them. The most important thing is that today only they notified me, as my partner is not with me so that they "can't give me rental house at all". Anyway thank you atleast letting me know this now ,Because my family is awaiting for me in my native.

Called several times to discuss apartments to rent and felt like i wasnt being treated like i wasnt a serious applicant. I emailed jamall to discuss lettings and never even recieved a response. Its put me off looking at any properties through northwood which is a shame as they tend to have more light modern looking properties. I am just entering the the property market and northwood was my first interaction with real estate agents and by the end of most of my calls with them i felt ignored and on the verge of tearsNegativeResponsiveness

Awful. Arranged a let for me, promised that property came with a garage as this was vital to the let. Also said I would be the only person to view, but arranged a viewing with other potential residents, which was awkward to say the least. Did all paperwork and everything went OK. Just a few days before moving in they said that the garage wasn't included and it all fell through. No apology or anything. Luckily rivals Ball & Percival stepped in to find me a great place and fast tracked it so I wasn't homeless.

We schedule our viewings individually however sometimes viewers show up early or late and there can be a slight overlap. We do apologise that this was the case on this occasion. In relation to the garage, unfortunately circumstances changed and the garage was no longer included in the let. Absolutely dreadful service. I phoned up 5 times over the space of 2 weeks about arranging a viewing on a house to rent and got told someone would ring me back. Still not heard back from them 2 months on and iv noticed on the website the house i desperately wanted has been rented out. Don't use these people to rent.
